Thank you for your interest in commissioning my artwork! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both of us, please read the following terms.
1. Commission Process
- Initial Inquiry: Please email me with a description of your idea. For convenience, you may send references after my initial response.
- Concept Sketch Phase: Before any payment is made, I will create a rough concept sketch to confirm we’re on the same page. This is your opportunity to request adjustments before work begins.
- Approval & Payment: Once the concept is approved, full payment is required before I continue with the final artwork.
2. Timeline
- My usual turnaround time is 2–3 weeks from the date of payment.
- If you have a strict deadline, please include the date in your very first email. Rush requests may be accepted for an additional fee, depending on availability.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
- All payments are made upfront after the concept sketch is approved.
- No refunds will be issued once payment has been made.
- Payments for personal commissions are currently accepted through Zelle (I may use PayPal for certain exceptions).
4. Revisions
- Concept Stage: Adjustments are welcome during the concept sketch phase.
- Final Stage: Once a project is nearing completion, only small color or detail adjustments are included. Major changes at this stage may require an additional fee.
5. Usage Rights
- Personal Use: You are free to display your commissioned artwork online, use it as an icon, or print it for yourself, as long as credit is given to me as the artist.
- Commercial Use: If you intend to use the artwork for merchandise, marketing, or resale, please mention this upfront so we can discuss a commercial licensing fee.
- I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials.
6. Communication
- Progress will be sent via email at least once per week. Please check your inbox regularly for updates.
